All orders will be accompanied by SGD$15 charge . The goods ordered will be delivered to the address of your choosing.Your order can be delivered directly to your home, your workplace or neighbour, whichever is convenient for you.

Orders will arrive within three weeks of accepting the payments for the goods ordered. We will improve our shipping in the future to reduce our delivery time once the Community On-line store matures.

Hopefully, this problem with fuel charges will be over soon. That way, shipping prices on this website can be reduced. Oh, how I hope so.

If for some reasons there is a problem with stock, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If the items ordered is not available, it may take up to 30 days for delivery. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will have to option of a refund or the choice of an alternative item.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if the goods are found to be delivered damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting us. In the event that goods are found to be damaged, then we will accept the return of the product within 14 days of delivery and will either refund or replace it.

Community E-Store shall not be required to refund or replace goods that are found to be damaged or faulty due to customers abuse, misuse or neglect.

If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt, including your instructions whether to refund you or replace it with the correct item. You should return it to us complete with all(if any) accessories, instructions and packaging and in its original condition and we will refund the cost of the goods. You will receive your refund within 14 days of cancellation of the order. You are responsible for the payment of the cost of return delivery when returning it to us and the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
